Professional Data Analysts (PDA) is an independent consulting company made up of statisticians, evaluators, and developers that work with departments of health in states across the country to evaluate public health programs. The projects you will be working on include medium to high complexity .NET applications that use cutting edge technologies to track health education courses, students, medication inventory, and much more. The systems we build are used by thousands of individuals to collect data from various public health programs, report on their efficacy, and manage various facets of the programs.
You will work together with other smart and passionate people on the development team to create, maintain, and improve .NET applications. The primary technologies we use are:
- ASP.NET MVC 5 with EF 6 and Identity 2
- ASP.NET Core 2.1 with the latest EF Core and Identity Framework Core packages
- Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and later
- CSS (Bootstrap 3 and 4, SCSS)
- 2-5 years of experience with .NET and SQL Server software development
- 1-2 years experience developing web applications using the ASP.NET MVC framework
- Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Database architecture knowledge and SQL Server instance management experience
