Application Criteria

Our job postings highlight the skills and experience desired for each position but that’s just part of the story. Here is what else we look for:

A stellar cover letter

  • Demonstrate your writing chops with a clear, concise cover letter.
  • Tell us why you’re excited about PDA (and make sure you’ve checked out our values and services).
  • Tell us how your past experiences can be applied to the position.
  • Check, recheck, and check again for typos and grammatical errors. Attention to detail is key.

A focused resume

  • You read the job description, you know you have the skills, now use your resume to show us that you have the skills.
  • Make a connection between your previous experience and this job.
  • Don’t forget to pay attention to details (see above).

A curious mind
