Health Insurance

  • Open access network health insurance plan
  • PDA covers 85% of the individual premium and 35% for dependents
  • PDA makes quarterly contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts
  • New hires are eligible immediately

Dental Insurance

  • PDA covers 100% of the dental premium for staff
  • Dependents can be added at the employee’s expense

Disability and Life Insurance

  • PDA provides short and long term disability insurance at no cost
  • PDA provides life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost

Simple IRA plan

  • PDA matches staff contributions up to 3% of their pay
  • New hires are eligible immediately

Paid Leave

  • 8 paid holidays annually
  • 17-20 days of paid time off annually (actual number of days depends on position)
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave (available to staff who have worked at PDA for at least one year)
