Public Health Evaluator

We are seeking an Evaluator to support high quality, utilization focused evaluations across tobacco control, chronic disease, systems change, health equity, media, and related public health areas. Specific Responsibilities

• Support the design and implement of evaluations
• Contribute to proposals, reports, and presentations
• Conduct literature reviews
• Create or adapt data collection tools and protocols
• Monitor and coordinate data collection, conduct interviews, and participate in site visits
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and interpret results
• Present findings to clients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years program evaluation experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of program evaluation experience
• Experience planning and conducting mixed method evaluation projects
• Experience facilitating qualitative and quantitative data collection
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to code qualitative data and interpret quantitative analysis
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills including tailoring communications to a variety of audiences
• Experience with survey design and administration
• Background or interest in public health

Compensation

PDA offers a comprehensive benefits package and salaries that align with skills and experience. The salary range for the Evaluator position is $56,000 to $72,000.
