We are seeking an Evaluator to support high quality, utilization focused evaluations across tobacco control, chronic disease, systems change, health equity, media, and related public health areas. Specific Responsibilities
- Support the design and implement of evaluations
- Contribute to proposals, reports, and presentations
- Conduct literature reviews
- Create or adapt data collection tools and protocols
- Monitor and coordinate data collection, conduct interviews, and participate in site visits
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and interpret results
- Present findings to clients
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with at least 2 years program evaluation experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of program evaluation experience
- Experience planning and conducting mixed method evaluation projects
- Experience facilitating qualitative and quantitative data collection
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to code qualitative data and interpret quantitative analysis
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills including tailoring communications to a variety of audiences
- Experience with survey design and administration
- Background or interest in public health
Compensation
PDA offers a comprehensive benefits package and salaries that align with skills and experience. The salary range for the Evaluator position is $56,000 to $72,000.
